Africa on Canvas buys paintings at fair market value directly from artists in Tanzania & donates all net proceeds from the resale to The Uganda Partnership Association, a Calgary organization working with widows in Uganda to develop projects that empower women & children to lead the way in changing their communities.

Africa on Canvas brightens up the Calgary Blues Festival
If you don't have anything planned for this beautiful weekend why not head down to the 2010 Calgary Blues Festival taking place at Shaw Millennium Park. The Festival features performances by over 20 Blues artists from around the globe and at the grounds you'll find an arts market, with our booth of course, a food extravaganza, that I hear features a knock out apple pie, and from what I saw yesterday, a gigantic beer garden!
